Rear garden landscaping

Hi, we have removed a number of trees in our backyard and want to landscape. We have guideline plans. What we are looking for is: - Removal of existing cinderblock wall and replace with new, straight wall (either concrete or rendered block) -Removal of existing stairs and retaining timber to replace with one new tier of retaining. - Concrete boxing around the edge of the gardens and new bullnose concrete stairs - Minor earthworks to remove one existing tier of garden and backfill new retaining areas, level existing lawn - Paving over existing concrete slab Job would suit someone with a small digger and ideally a concrete pump. Probably needs 2-3 people for approx 10 days of work.
