Install/Build Speed Hump in the driveway

Hi there, I have 30m long driveway which runs downhill to our property. Rainwater runs down the driveway and pools near a soak pit chamber which has no outlet. I would like to build a concrete speed hump or install a rubber speed hump to intercept the run off which can alternatively flow into the adjoining hedge. Open to other solutions as well See photos attached.
