Concrete Drive, Garage floor and Patio

I am after a quote to replace a driveway, garage foundation and add a patio. Drive is approx 18m x 5.5m Garage floor is 5.5m x 6m Patio is 5.5m x 4m Two quotes required, one to remove existing and install new and the other just to install the new as i may remove the old one. Preference would be to do patio and garage floor first and then driveway second Cheers
