ParkingBay

Need to extend the driveway within the property to create a parking bay. The existing tiled area in the patio need to be removed and connected with the parking bay but separated with a barrier to stop vehicles driven to the patio area. The barrier needs to be joined to the retaining wall on the perimeter of the parking bay . Any soil removed from the area demarcated for concreting need not be removed from the site. That soil could be used on the outside of the retaining wall of the parking bay as well as other areas of the property.
