Garage door lip - Cutting back

Our garage door sits on top of the concrete lip, Id like it to sit in front of the lip, like our neighbours pictured to the right of ours. Therefore, about 20mm needs to be cut back in to the lip and about 20mm down. I am after a price for this and an understanding how nice a finish it can be? Site visit welcomed. Thanks.
