Retained Driveway and Drainlaying

Plans attached of a driveway platform to be retained up approx 1.5 in block. Drain laying also required at the same time for new build. Site can be accessed with digger and house is elevated high on piles for access underneath. Storm water to thrust under road to manhole on street. Waste water to coordinate with plumber and connect to line at bottom of the section (architect thinks there may be an existing connection but this would be atleast 50 years old). Also a trench from the power connection to the site for electrician. Job needs to be well documented for code of compliance.
