There are two elements to this job, which are described below. 1. Asphalting driveway We would like the gravel portion of our driveway asphalted. This will be upgrading an existing flat driveway, so we wouldn't expect excavation etc. to be relevant or other cost factors of driveway development to be in play. It will be edging to existing asphalt/concrete sections at the rear and front of the driveway, with wooden fencing along the driveway separating our property from our neighbours. Total area to be asphalted is approximately 70sqm (17.9m x 3.9m). I have uploaded a series of photos showing the section concerned, including edging. 2. Concreting back of garage The second element involves concreting the back area of our garage, to better enable use of the space. Retaining wall and hardfill already in place, so the job entails installing framing for the concrete pad and the concreting itself. The space is not a perfect square and the area to be concreted is 5-6m x 1.8-3.5m (varies as shown in the image - note that the back of the garage is the last image attached), with the total area to be concreted approximately 15sqm. If you're interested in the job, it would be great to get a no-obligations ballpark estimate in the first instance and we can then get you out to the property.
