Tarseal driveway replacement

During the recent heavy downpour our driveway broke up with the force of water underneath. A section of this job will be classed as an insurance claim and the balance will be R&M as agreed with our landlord. The contractor will be required to dig up and remove the old tarseal and replace with road grade (or near equivalent material). The driveway has heavy truck movements (up to 36T) and concrete trucks across it on a regular basis. The smooth finish is required and the correct gradient to level off with the existing surfaces. The total area is 180 sqm with the insurance area being 19 sqm as a subset of the total. Full quotations will be required for this job. Works may have to be undertaken in evening or at the weekend to avoid significant disruption to business activities at the site.
