Creating vehicle crossing and concreting

Hi, I'm going through the application process of obtaining a vehicle crossing. While this progresses I'm keen to get a few quotes as to putting the vehicle crossing into my home. It's pretty straightforward the only thing is the grainent and this vehicle crossing to go between the fences. Could you please quote me on the cost to concrete the vehicle crossing as in the red indications in the attached photo. Im planning on putting a garage to the left of the property, if there's a better way to access this I'm keen for your thoughts and I can change my application. Thank you
