6m2 of driveway tarmac repair

We have 6m2 of driveway that was dug up as part of a pipe repair. We would like this patched with tarmac to a depth of 30mm or greater, compacted properly and sealed around the edges. Note, there is a fibre cable running under this tarseal, so care is certainly required. Ideally within the next 3-4 weeks. Hole is currently filled and already compacted with gravel so some would need to be removed prior to asphalt.
