Paving back yard and side of house

Need to pave our backyard and the side of our house. There are 3 sections (as such) a smaller patch that is about 2m x 2m, another square section (maybe 3m x3m) that then spreads down the side of our house and then part of the driveway (1.5m x 10-15m long. The sizes are purely just estimates. There will need to be some leveling of the ground (removal of top fill) but not too much as its mostly just mud put down after a retainning wall was installed. we would be interested in discussions around what pavers to use etc.
