New ROW/ Driveway

Require to upgrade an existing driveway as part of a residential 2-lot subdivision. The work will have an auckland council building consent/Engineering approval for the construction of a Right of Way (ROW). You must be prepared/capable to sign-off on work on completion. Involved is: - Uplift and removal of existing driveway (approx 150m2). - dig trench for services to be run while driveway removed (services to be run by another contractor) - Prepare ground for new ROW - Lay new concrete driveway to ROW standards, including curb on one side. The new ROW is 204m2. If you are interested and capable to do this, then please contact me and confirm you can. I will send through plans detailing requirements for quote and can meet you on site. Site is at 42 Camp Road. Advise availability in your response. Ideally would like to be carried out during October (but will not rule out if you can't achieve this).
