New small concrete driveway to be laid

Lay new concrete carpark space in surface area approx 6m x 4.2m There is a water meter that will need to be concreted around somehow so that it can be accessed by meter readers, but also driven on with a grille or something. Easy access level site I have posted another job on this site for the current concrete to be dug up, will be ready for this job once that has been done.
