Remove concrete pad

Concrete pad to deconstruct and remove. Approx dimensions 4.5m x 3m x 0.25m. Easy access along flat ahsphalt path about 2-3m wide. Removal truck can get to within 20 metres. Work to be done as soon as possible so paving and gardening can begin. Photos show pathway to the pad (from where a truck can back into), the pad area (between the sticks and under the chairs/table) and depth of pad.
