Need Access over Driveway Hump from Road (via Ramp or Infill)

I have a low car and a driveway hump. Using bricks right now to life the car up enough. Need some plates or treated wood installed to get over the hump. Must be affixed so they can't be stolen. Some time in the next month say. Probably around 150cm x 60cm if using plates. Otherwise wood bolted into the gutter is ok. I've attached a photo of what could work using wood.
