Replace Driveway Surface Rainwater Drain

The surface rainwater drain in our driveway needs to be replaced. The concrete channel, set within a concrete gap in the driveway, has collapsed in one area. This will need to be repaired (or the entire channel replaced) and then a new plastic grate installed along the entire length. Hopefully to match the black grate in another part of the driveway (see attached photo). The entire length of the drain is 7 metres.
