Very professional work by the subcontractor and relationship with principal. However, quote was not asccurate and had a 13% additional charge on completion. There was no mention at the time of quoting that the final cost could only be confirmed on completion. This was very disappointing. Also, was offered to have the work done without GST if I paid cash. This is unfair to the other tradesmen who quoted. Lastly, I am struggling to get a tax invoice. Will recommend sub contractors, but not principal.

"Paul Greybe was a real pleasure to work with. He relayed across what he wanted and we made it a reality. The extra charges was due to the curvy design and only a final pour could only determine the exact amount used. The extras was an actual cost to the subcontractors and no money was made. Tax invoice was given within 24 hours. Driveway had a top class finish second to none. Overall our pricing structure was still value for money."
