We are wanting to create a parking area at the front of our property. The grounds at the front are raised above street level by aprox 1m, there is a shared driveway which starts at road level and then tapers up to meet the top ground level about 8m into the property. We are looking to create a slope from the raised land to the driveway and have a paved area on the top which is wide enough for 2 cars. There is also currently a 3 x 4m platform with 2 steps which would beed to be demolished and new steps into the house would need to be created. We have the pavers which have been uplifted from previous parking at the rear of the property. There is around 32sqm of paving to be done, and around 15sqm of soil & rock/concrete to be excavated. Cheers
