Re-paving a drive way

To re-pave a 5 meter long trench after an underground water leakage repair. Need to match colour and chips of the existing drive way. Also some minor brick work at the point of entrance of the water pipe into the building. Best time to call is Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 12noon.

Darren was prompt for the quote. He came on 19 Sept and gave me the quote of $400. On 23 Sept early in the morning, he called and said he would come and have it done on the day. Since I had to go to work, I agreed to his suggestion to place a cheque in my mailbox. Unfortunately when he arrived he could not get access to my property due to Council roadworks. So we agreed that I call him when the roadwork has finished. He cashed the cheque the same day before he did the job. But what happened after that was hell. I called him on 1 Oct telling him that the roadworks had finished but his phone was not ringing. I finally got hold of him after trying some other numbers. Then promises after promises to come to have the job done were broken. I thought to myself, how foolish was I to give him the cheque, he wouldn't come now that he has pocketed the money. After countless phone calls, he finally came on 7 Oct to have the job done.
