Driveway Replacement

I have a unit in a block of 4 that has a pretty flogged driveway and i am going to approach the other owners to try and convince them it is time to put some money in and get it replaced. I need an indicative price for the removal of the existing, prep and concrete of the new driveway? Just need something i can approach the owners with to start a conversation. Driveway length 32m Width of existing concrete is 2.4m Would probably want to increase width to about 2.6 The archway is 2.3m wide and 2.5m high at the outside edge and 2.67 high in the middle of the arch so no space for a concrete truck down there so would require a pump.
