After several half attempts to resolve a slippery driveway we would like to get this sorted properly and replace the polished concrete section (approx 7 x 3) with the same concrete as the footpath that also carries around the side of our house. We may try and take the cut back slightly towards the road to remove a little hump that was never required and adds to the slope for no good reason. Will need to remove and replace the drain in the front also. The wood in the picture has been inserted to help with access as I have a low car but we would like to lift to the garage floor height (40mm) anyway to fix another error the builders made when the house was built. You will understand when you see it. Ideally we would like to get onto this asap as the driveway is dangerous in the wet. Thanks
