Concrete ramp

I bought a new car; unfortunately the transition from the sloping driveway to the flat area in front of the garage is too steep and the front of the car grounds. One solution is to build a ramp across the transition area, although I'm open to other solutions. The photo with the front wheel of the car in it was taken just as the front of the car was about to ground, with the transition area just behind the front wheel.
