Concreate Stairs + Concrete Drive way

Looking to build the outdoor exterior concrete stairs with balustrade, cover with the block (20 series) so kind of storage under neath. Also, needs new strip drain outside the garage entry. and connect to the new cess-pit. and concreate the drive -way (approx. 150sqm). Looking for certified trade person only who can understand the architect plan, Also all works needs from council approval. Thanks
