repair concrete driveway

part of a concrete driveway needs digging up and relaying. The area is 18.3 sq meters. It is part of a longer driveway that leads to 7 units. I presume as the concrete is cracked and subsiding the foundation will need fixing as well. This will need to get the approval of 7 owners so from the time of getting quotes until being able to accept a quote will be a little longer than usual.
