Remove paved areas and replace with concrete 2

We have two existing paving areas that require removal and replacing with concrete. Water also pools in these areas so we need someone with experience and ideas on how to contour the concrete to avoid this. The areas are approximately: - back of house area: 27.5 sqm - path on side of house: 16.5 sqm - we would like the concrete to slope upwards to meet the height of the current decking giving a flush finish. Interested in concrete options - e.g. coloured, textured concrete.
