Remove old Footpath/Install New Footpath

Remove existing footpath leading to house. There will need to be some concrete cutting. And the concrete is very thick. Once all removed I need new pavers installed on level ground. I want the pavers locked in place by concrete ( don't want to see this, must be concealed). Needs to look manicured and slick.
