Concrete driveway and removal

I would like a quote for a new concrete driveway and footpath, including the removal of the current concrete driveway and path. The driveway is approximately 30m long, 3m wide and with an increasing slope towards the street. I’ve attached three photos. The new pathway (about 4m long) is intended to run adjacent to the house rather than the current curve-away. Points to note include: 1. The only ‘tight spots’ are beside the house, where two pipe and wastewater drain exist, plus a low basalt-block along the fenceline (to be retained). 2. I don’t intend to replace the concrete beneath the verandah, other than a small broken section. 3. About 20% of the driveway has had some poorly laid asphalt resting atop.
