New paving in courtyard

hi I am looking at paving my courtyard (approx 10 sqm) in early Feb after I move into my new house. The courtyard is currently part paved (just outside the french door). Part of my courtyard has a timber deck with pebbles. I am looking to continue with the same design in the new section. I am also thinking of installing a water feature to drown out the traffic noise. I need a quote to get an idea of the cost required to complete the two jobs. thanks!
