Remove and Replace Paving with Tiles Around Pool

We would like to: 1) Remove our existing terracota pavers around our approx 4m x 11m pool. 2). Replace around 50m2 of pavers using new stone tile. 3). On the deep end the pavers are laid in a rounded shape which we would like to have squared with the new tiles. On the shallow end the pool is banked by a deck which will remain there, so we need new tiling along both sides (approx 1m x 11 each side) and a wider area of tiles on the deep end (approx 4 x 7).
