Garden path, edging and planter boxes.

I have an area of landscaped garden on my small section. I would like to extend it to tidy up the lower end of it by having a paved straight pathway made and then creating edging to define the last area of garden bed, and then boxing off one or two raised beds using old railway sleepers in harmony with existing ones. The path might be just about 6 metres L by 0.7 W, and the edging same length; the 1 or 2 garden boxes are not large perhaps 1.5 x 1 m. I'm definitely wanting the cost to be well towards the lower end of this range. See photos below of how the garden looks (before it all "grew") since original landscaping in 2014.
