Adding Gravel Parking Space in Blockhouse Bay

When raining the driveway become very muddy and make the car so dirty, because the driveway is lower than the street kerb side, difficult to walk on driveway if heavy raining. Want to make 3 cars parking spaces beside the driveway and tidy up the driveway (between two concrete strips). Parking space: Need to dig out around 7m X 5.5m & around 15~20cm topsoil, and leave them near the fence, and base layer with metal 40 (compacting), then 20 topcourse metal gravel or grass paver with gravel(depends on price). (maybe small drainage channel to the left side in the photo?) Driveway: between two concrete strips around 13m x 0.8m, dig around 10cm topsoil and compacting with topcourse gravel. PS: time frame can be negotiable, as rain season gone (i hope). I can give a hand for buying gravel and unloading from trailer.
