Prepare and create new parking area in front double garage (replacing existing coarse mix) from footpath to lip of garage doors. Create new driveway and parking area to the rear (south facing aspect) of the house as far as end of the house (eastern edge). Concrete all exposed areas adjacent to rear exits from house. Remove existing pa --- in this area. Extra quote to upgrade the 3 existing paths from footpath to house. Please note am getting quotes for new block work fence around whole property so may require some coordination. Job easily assessed from footpath at 44 Weybridge Cres GI.
