common driveway

we built a new house at the back of our old house. we need to lay a new driveway, i had a maori guy took the job to do the private and common driveway but he is mucking me around, he took 4 weeks to order some concrete and it was only enough for the pathway of the house not even the whole area in front of the garage and reverse bay. that was two weeks ago and he said he is booking another two trucks to finish the driveway. Now i'm going to wait for him to finish my private driveway then i'll get someone who is more reliable to do the common driveway. the common driveway is about 25 meters long and 3.5 meters wide.
