New Concrete Driveway/Replace old Concrete Driveway

Three quotes are required: 1. Shared driveway that serves three properties. The original concrete (common use) driveway is 40 years old and is broken and needs replacing with new concrete. 2. The common driveway has been extended for use by the third property. The driveway only has metal on it at the moment and it requires new concrete, retaining and drainage. 3. Neighbouring property wish to replace their old broken driveway with new concrete.
