We wish to install a concrete parking pad at 56 Virginia Road West about 5 meters in depth from pavement and wide enough for a say 3 meters. It will be going onto an existing garden so needs a tree removed and leveling. Top left hand side of the property on Google maps. there is also a drain grate on the road where the entry spot will be.
