Road Crossing Carport Retaining wall

We want an estimate for a road crossing from the road to the boundary [2] and then the concrete floor of the carport [3] and then the carport . At this stage we want the first two which will include the retaining wall . I was wondering if anyone could give a rough price of doing the concreting from the road to the boundary . We are not after a high quality finish just a normal road crossing and carport floor . [within the photograph is a recycle bin that is the approximate height of the excavation and then the width and depth of a normal carport ] the trees in place will be removed before the job commences] .Payment in progress and completion of the job .We would like to have a suggestion regarding engineers report and will work with both parties to make the job flow easy .
