driveway resurface

I have a parking area in front of my house, about 8 metres by 6 metres. It has old concrete underneath which is cracked and the developers about 20 years ago laid a decorative coloured concrete surface on top, cleverly disguising the problem. This is now cracking off and I need a cost-effective solution to replace it. I don't expect a quote yet as you might need to see the job, but would welcome any responses. The photo shows half the driveway. My 'budget' is wishful thinking – I really don't know how to fix the surface so have no idea what it would cost.
