New concrete path and steps, and instant lawn

I'm looking for a modern exposed aggregate or similar concrete path, and concrete steps to replace the shown wooden ones. Also looking for new instant lawn to be laid where topsoil exists as shown in the pics, and for the front garden in front of the porch (covered in leaves) to be taken out and replaced with lawn also. Lawn needs to be fine fescue due to low light conditions. Dimensions: - Path 1200mm wide, 4000mm long - Steps, x 4, 1470mm wide, 1170mm deep, 820mm high (at the highest side) - Area to be grassed approx 39m2. Looking for past examples from respondents and any ideas to make it look modern and great.
