Build me a driveway from scratch!

I require someone to complete a total driveway on my property from scratch from the road down to the rear of the property, with a possible turning-bay in front of the deck as well, but this is TBD (see attached picture). It will be about 30m long and 3m wide. The job will include obtaining vehicle access crossing consent from the ACC, as well as consent/permission to lay the driveway over a retention tank located near the rear of the property which may include getting in an engineer. An electric gate is planned to be installed by a third party, but if you would like to include arranging this in the job you can.
