Lay a new patch of carpet

hello, I have an area that needs underlay and carpet installed. I have both due to the rest of the house having been carpeted 4 years ago. the area is 1600 x 1200. The carpet is being laid onto a clean concrete base, its ready to go. The area will need three wooden tack strips and three end point metal bits as the area joins together three rooms. thank you
