Wooden Floor Sanding

I have pulled up the carpet from the hallway and old lino from the bathroom, kitchen and laundry. I would like the floors to be sanded back and will discuss with you the best kind of finish (most likely polyurethane). My new kitchen will be installed within the next two weeks so I really would like this job done next week if possible so that the kitchen is one open space and makes everything easier for you. Measurements are approximately: Hallway 4.5m long x1m wide Kitchen 4m long x 3m wide Bathroom 2m long x 1m wide Laundry/toilet 3m long x 2m wide Toilet has new flooring down so unsure if it needs sanding. All rooms lead onto each other and all flooring & staples will be removed prior to you starting. Sanding starts at front door and the bathroom is as the end of the hallway, to the right is the kitchen and then the kitchen leads onto the laundry & toilet area. I live in Titirangi and will be home all day Monday if you can come around to discuss. Cheers, Rebecca
