Sanding, Staining, Polishing matai floor

Needs to be done started Wednesday 21st December, maybe Thursday, completed Saturday 24th December. 2 bedroom house. 1 bedroom and lounge are currently carpeted. The kitchen, dining room, hallway and one bedroom are currently polished but I want them taken back so they can be stained, to match dark wood panelling and door frames.
