We have had a hearth removed and also a single line of tiles laid infront of a ranch slider. We now need an awesome carpet layer to come along and cut & refit the carpet around the tiles and fill & join the carpet within the removed hearth. Patio concrete grind and seal

We have an outdoor covered patio area about 25-30 sq metres in size. It is almost dead level. It has been ground and sealed already but unforttunately when it rains it pools right in the centre. The puddle is probably only about 1-2 mm deep but so annoying. So we would like the slab reground to ensure the fall is towards the outer edges so rain runs into the garden.

Looking for an installer who can provide a quote for either the labour, or if prices are competitive, to supply the vinyl also. We can source our own carpet although if you can get an offcut for us even better.Underlay and carpet to be laid - it will be nylon carpet.

A downstairs bathroom has been not been watertight and has, for over a year, been allowing moisture to seep into the floor and wall cavity. We are looking for a qualified tradesperson to remove scirting, make a hole and inspect for damage and make repairs as needed. The job will be supervised by our Building Inspector to determine that repairs are done as needed for a condition of sale.
