Floor sanding and poly
Job description
Have approx 70 sqr metres in house to be re-sanded and polished in lounge & 2 bedrooms in Matakana area. Would like a quote and have the job done asap.

Sadly the sanding was done but the floor was not vacummed before they coated with poly! Result is a mat finish with a sandy/dusty feeling and look. Also rather then coat x3 he only coated once! When I had him up about it looking only sanded he confessed he had run out of poly and had hoped I wouldn't notice! Was just too much trouble to have him come back and resand and redo. Also the price kept going up and he kept asking for cash. Upon complition I told him I would pay the balance via transfer but he insisted he wanted cash. When I told him no, he found out our address and came round and harrassed my partner for cash. Def would NOT recommend. No professionalism at all.
