Convert decking slope into steps

Our south-facing decking has a slope to get to the garden path and we want it converted to steps as it is too slippery in winter. Height difference between decking and path is 41cm so looking at probably two steps, ideally with some form of grip on the treads.

Tremendous expert tradesman. Fast quote, excellent communication and the job was completed quickly but to a high standard that surpassed our expectations. And for a very reasonable price. Richard is a real find and we hope he can work on our house again.
