Fix leaky door

Aluminium door to deck leaks. Particle board floor needs replacing and re-tiling. I also need a new 2 metre wide window to be fitted in an out building. some scaffolding may be required. I have no expectation of the size of these jobs and therefore don't know what to expect them to cost
