Logan replaced rotted flooring under our shower from under the house . He put a new front covering on the shower base and sealed this in the relevant places. Only issue was a tile in the wall appears to have a hairline crack, but this was probably difficult to avoid, given it adjoined the area where he had to insert the new panel tightly. The leak has gone! Floor feels firm again! Logan also replaced external rotting cladding. Upfront with quote. Adjusted for less time. Recommended.
