french door panels

A pair of French doors which open to a veranda have rot in the bottom panels which look like they're T & G wood. The rest of the door frames don't appear rotten and I'm hoping it's possible to repair by replacing the panels. A 2 year old has found poking his finger through lots of fun and thus there's now a small hole. If the right tradesman turns up there will certainly be more work beyond this small job in time as there are sash windows which also have rot in the bottom rails ... but not so urgent. We're in the Rolleston area.
