Build a deck

I need a hardwood deck built in the back yard, attached to the house. Needs to be same height as the floor level so we can step out through the living area ranch slider. Height is only around 0.2 metres above ground level. Approx. 30 sq metres total size. Exact measurements and layout are shown in the attached diagram.
