Decking in Rolleston

I wish to hire a builder to build a deck in the side area of my house in the town area of Rolleston. The total area is 35.4 square metre and the height from the ground is 10cm. Most part of the ground is concrete with a small part of grass as in the proposed plan and photos attached. There is also a bench and screener proposed in the plan. Please reply by providing quote using the cheapest materials (I believe it is pine) as I have a very limited budget. I am unable to arrange for site visit at this point. I wish to look at the estimated cost to evaluate whether I can afford it or not. I believe I have given all the information needed to enable interested builders to give an estimated quote. Thank you.
